Rhinestone Sizing & Amounts

We only provide glass rhinestones, therefore all of our sizing we be in SS and our quantities in GROSS. Size chart below:

 

Returns

We do not accept Returns or Exchanges.
If your item is damaged during transit, to the point where it no longer functions properly, please contact us for a solution. Complaints must be emailed or text with 48hrs of delivery date.

Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation email/text before your shipping label is printed, we will cancel the items/order you no longer need. Please keep in mind, orders are shipped within 24hrs so the cancellation window is short.

Add-On

If we receive an email/text request to add-on items we will do our best to accommodate, as long as the shipping label has not been printed. You will need to place the additional order and we will advise on avoiding the shipping costs. Please keep in mind, orders are shipped within 24hrs so the add-on window is short.


Color Differentiation

Actual product color may vary slightly from images shown due to variations in monitors and screens.


Shipping/Pick Up

All Domestic orders are shipped from South Florida via USPS Priority and come with tracking. Packages typically arrive within 1-3 Business Days. Please understand that once the item is in their possession we have no control over it. If your item is damaged during transit, to the point where it no longer functions properly, and something needs to be replaced, we must file a claim with USPS first. That is why it is important to report damage to us as soon as possible (within 48hrs).


International orders will have multiple options to choose from to suit your budget and/or urgency needs. Your estimated delivery date will be based on the option you've chosen.

  • Please be advised international shipping options that do not include insurance DO NOT fall under our limited coverage in our return policy. If you are unsure if your option includes insurance please contact us first as it can not be added afterwards. USPS First Class International DOES NOT include insurance.
  • All international shipping options WITH insurance will fall under our limited coverage in our return policy. If your item is damaged during transit, to the point where it no longer functions properly, and something needs to be replaced, we must file a claim with USPS first.

We are located in South Florida. If you would like to avoid shipping costs feel free to choose "Pick Up" at checkout. Once your order is complete we will email you to arrange a pick up day/time for your merchandise. This option is NOT for delivery services. If you live in South FL and want your item delivered please pay for shipping. I will either deliver to you or we can arrange a meet up spot. Thank you.
